A 180 degree difference from big box/corporate pharmacies! Absolute best customer service for any pharmacy in town. The pharmacists/front end staff take great care of their customers. They're kind friendly and patient with our questions and concerns. Refill requests are handled with ease. They also have delivery service available. Thank you Team Redding Drug🫶🏼
I used to enjoy going here. Until they completely messed up my prescriptions. I went in to pick up a prescription I was due and was then told I had two others waiting. (They were drugs for a procedure I had coming up along with a brand new medication) I had opted to not get one of the meds because insurance didn’t cover it. So I said to hold it and I would be back later. The only things they lack is a soda shop in the back. They bring friendly, personable, and local back to pharmacies. I hate to recommended because they are small now and have a winning staff with a great pharmacist and I llike they are small and friendly. I don’t want them to get any bigger. But I do want them to succeed. So I highly recommend them to my family and friends
