It is all about the money with this office. Not to say they do not do good work, but they are recommending services so that they can boost their bottom line. Also, they do not like to be questioned when they make a mistake on their services (wrong filling) or a mistake on billing. If You do they will write you a nice letter staying they cannot be your dentist anymore.
If you are new to the Redding area like I was & looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Neil. Normally, I despise going to the dentist, but Dr. Neil & her staff put me at ease right away. Her professional manner & technique was excellent; I recently had a root canal and experienced no pain at all! The whole staff is extremely polite, cheerful, knowledgeable, and obviously care about their patients. Dr. Rooney and Dr. Neill have a great team. I had the Zoom treatment and I can't can't believe how white my teeth look. I am going to have my husband go in next week. Thank you guys! I love my new white smile!
I came in for my first visit, and everyone was so nice and happy. It didn't feel like I was going to the dentist. The Office its self was so homey and it didn't even smell funny like a normal dentist does. Thank you Dr. Rooney, Dr. Neill and Girls This was the best experience I could of had being it was the dentist. Alicia
