When Jamil came to diagnosis a toilet problem he gave me several options to consider. When I decided that the best one was to replace it he helped me order one . That in itself was so helpful. The next business day he put it in. He was prompt, got right to work, left me with a new working toilet and no mess to clean up. Five Stars for Reddi Services and Jamil !
I've been having issues with a floor drain for the past month. At first, all of the bathroom drains in the basement as well as the floor drain were backing up. I called Reddi Services late on a Saturday & was offered an appointment that night, but I chose to wait & have them out on Sunday instead. We used some Liquid Plumber to get us through the night & John Hummel was here right on time Sunday. Great experience beginning with my initial call to set up an appointment. The young lady who took my call was very nice and understanding (our heat went out and our house was freezing). She made sure we got the first available appointment and sent multiple reminders. Our technicians were Dylan and Logan. They were AWESOME. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Had a hot water heater installed and it took them over 9 hours. Technician had to redo one solder fitting 5 times. I will be looking for another company to do business with. All of my paperwork that came with heater was destroyed with water. The technician that came out knew very little about soldering copper. Save yourself a headache and don’t call Reddi Services. Very bad experience
