Office staff have no idea whats going on with appointments. Call and confirm them they never know what the appointment is actually for. they close their office at odd hours so its very hard to get in touch with them during business hours. Weird they need to close the office with 4 people at the front desk. Nurses and Dr's are wonderful but the front desk staff need some extra training for sure
Great people very friendly and professional
Staff constantly state they are going to follow up and don’t with virtually any issue they “send a message” to the doctor (if they even do it). Dr. Laughlin is extremely incompetent, no patient care and dismisses patient concerns even when it turns out to be extremely serious! 10/10 do not recommend. You’d be better off going to literally anywhere else.
I've been a patient here for a very long time. Yes sometimes hard to get a hold or, but I think that's normal for a doctors office. Nurses have always been friendly and I've always had the help I needed.
Poor service from the start. Was referred here by PhD that was reducing workload. Very difficult to contact by phone and unable to leave messages. When there was conflict with one of the health care providers and we wanted to make formal complaint, the office manager refused to provide the requested information, spoke over our concerns and dismissed us as patients in a time of crisis. Complete lack of professionalism and empathy from this clinic. Would not recommend.
