Update 9-4-25: They say that they apologize then claim their warranty has guidelines, the trees were dead when they were planted and it was noted on our walk-thru. The excuse was that the landscape company that they hire doesn't guarantee the trees that means they can plant dead trees and have no responsibility. I have no clue how they have received 5-Star reviews other than either paying people or they are people that work for them or relatives of them as they are absolutely unprofessional and deceiving.
