We have been with Reddell Septic for over 3 years. Kaylen is amazing, she is always extremely thorough in her inspections and goes out of her way to explain things to me, this is our first ever septic and there is lots to learn and understand. There are so many great things I can say about Kaylen but she is the reason we stay with this company year after year and will continue to do so. I highly recommend. We wouldn't use anyone else! Love talkin to Karen when they come out. She's straight forward and professional about what needs to be done and but she's also understanding when something unexpected happens and gets there to take care of it fast! She also has good people working for her ! Good people�
