looking forward to getting my teeth done by this dr in january on the 7th
Not satisfied at all with the LACK of customer service the day I had my appointment it was the coldest day in history like 5 degrees prior to my appointment the day before they called and I guess were trying to get everyone to cancel that day I’m sure so they wouldn’t have to come in but since it took 3 months to get the appointment then it was rescheduled cus he was sick and pushed to the last week of the year and ran out of time lost all my money I had saved up waiting around to get in to him so it was all for nothing also... read more
Nurse April was so nice and she made me comfortable. Dr. Russell is very gentle and explained everything. Every dental office should be like Dr. Russell Reddell’s!
We have received wonderful care from the doctor and his staff. The work was great but the doctor and crew made the experience easy and pleasant. That’s hard to do when you’re pulling teeth Thank you
