The most incompetent company I've delt with in 4 countries and 40 years. Never delivered when they said. Were looking at a shipping address for delivery. Couldn't figure that out. Kept giving me days only for it not to show. Finally said they FOUND my shipment, in the empty wear house. Found? What? Said it will be shipped, then not, then we don't have a small enough truck. Well add me to the list of people who are flat out lied to I purchased some flooring at home depot and this is the shipping company I was stuck with, I have waited 3 separate days this week ,with appoint times arranged. No call no show still have not received my delivery
I work there. Don't go. No structure.
