My freight to Auburn, WA. Which is north, was shipped south to Eugene, a mistake on their part, and they did nothing to fix the problem, except take 4 days to deliver it to my customer! We will never use this company again!!!
Daytime unable to access yard gate would not open . called # another carrier arrived . Yard driver show up at gate allowed entry . Drop and hook mt . Take bills to upstairs line haul office . G. Briwn signs bills then immediately returns to talking with lady worker. Phones ringing and ringing. The sad part both man and woman dispatch office workers top floor with long wall of windows w clear view of entry gate .
