Keep looking for the house on Thornsbury Lane in Canada, KY. Haven't seen it anywhere on your Facebook page. If it's on your website, it's hard to find. How can I find info on it. Saw your sign on property. You need to advertise your smaller homes as much as you do your more expensive homes for sale.

We could not be happier with the dedication and hard work that Jennifer Brown Day put into the purchase of our commercial property and of our dream home! Both of these purchases were done close together and during the holiday season, but that didn’t slow her down! She handle everything for us in such a quick and professional manner! As the RB&W client referred to in Mr. Boyd’s post, I feel I must respond. As neighbors for 33 years, we shared a mutually agreed property line & not until I placed my property for sale did Mr. Boyd begin to pursue his concerns. All parties involved were aware of the issue & I obtained a certified survey of the property line before closing the sale. The buyer was not “cheated” & neither Jennifer Brown Day, nor I, advised him to erect a fence. He was fully aware of the property line dispute & that a lawsuit was a possibility. ... read more
