Some of the best customers service from Ralph and his team. I had a conversation with him they looked over my vehicle next day brought me a rental and explain process to me again and took car for repairs. They call me with updates to keep me in the know and I appreciate that. Car was gone from 7/23 to 8/7 and results are great.
Liars! First off my insurance adjuster recommended them saying they’ll cover my deductible. Now I know why. They lied about replacing several parts including my hood and roof. My insurance company paid them to replace these parts on my car but when I went to pick it up there was still obvious hail damage and now new scratches.
