We’ve booked the same transportation from ORL to MIA and both times I was disappointed by the late notification regarding the rescheduled departure time. Receiving the update much earlier would have helped with better planning and reduced unnecessary stress. I hope communication can be improved moving forward, as timely updates are very important for passengers.

No outlets, No water on a 9 hour bus ride, rude driver doesnt udnerstand english, no stops where I could have fetched more water in the last 4 hours of the ride. The bus is dirty and dusty, ride quality is bad but most of all unreachable customer service. Whatsapp doesnt work, tect doesnt work, call doesnt work, no email listed. I had to bug the driver to get a call number and then I got flippant customer service and she hung up on me saying theres nothing that can be done. Surprisingly easy to find at the airport. Easy (& affordable) trip from Miami to Tampa. Super comfortable ride (and seats that recline) with a few 10-min stops (perfect for snacks/drinks), wifi, bathroom, and very cold A/C (bring a light jacket just for this ride, but it's better to be cold than hot). It was nice not having to worry about traffic, safety, long delays, long lines for security checks, luggage restrictions, etc. Definitely worth it.
