I had booked a trip to Tampa and after being told by bus driver to wait for my bus, I was left stranded waiting and waiting in the hot sun. They don't have a lobby with AC and you have to stand outside for the bus.The driver was rude and just told me that it wasn't my bus. They are very unprofessional, unorganized and don't care about the customer. I complained to the company and guess what they did? NOTHING! they ignored me, terrible service and not luxury at all. Stay away from REDCOACH BUS. Horrible customer service!!
They cheat.. even if you book na business class they change to economy on the middle of the way.. one of the worst bus service
Bus was late, get on the bus and the driver didn’t say a word, didn’t even scan our tickets and just starts taking off with people not even in their seats. The portrayal of “first class” is bull. We were seated in the very back by a bathroom that had a door not secure so every time a corner was turned, we could smell everything in the bathroom since the door was swinging back and forth.
