I love my therapist. He’s approachable and fair. The psychiatry is a bit different as it’s done by zoom but I have never felt mistreated or ignored. This is a facility that works with all insurances and all in all I personally feel they do a GREAT job
I called today to ask if I qualify for care. Unfortunately I missed one phone call from them. Now they wont answer any of my calls.
Dylan is AMAZING! Desk staff is friendly.
This place honestly does not care too much about their patients!!’ I have been seen at least 5 times in the last year, I have been out on waiting lists and no one has reached out to me. If I was a high risk patient, I honestly would be in a very bad place. They recently discharged me without my knowledge. All In all , not good service. But the front desk lady is very nice, that’s all.
