I have been trying to call this clinic for 4 days now. Left with the phone ringing for over 10 minutes at a time. It is painful and inefficient.
Great experience! Doctors, midwives and staff are all so lovely. Cannot fault them at all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for my incredible experience from start to finish, delivering my baby boy! People don’t realize how lucky we are in Australia with a great healthcare system. Thank you x a million!!!!
The staff have been great so far but WHY is the car park closed for no reason, forcing pregnant women to park 10 - 20 minutes away and walk in the heat? It’s incredibly disrespectful and bizarre. I’m not sure how you expect people to be on time with their appointments when all the car parks outside the building are cordoned off but nothing is happening with them? You work in healthcare, maybe try to act with some compassion?
I have no words to thank all the nurses and doctors that took care of me during a curettage procedure. I was very emotional as I had lost my baby, but the nurse made me fell that she cared about my feelings, she checked on me all the time, before and after the procedure. The doctor was also kind and lovely, making me fell that they understand my pain. They were really born to do the job they do.
Jordan Pfeffer in Birthing Suite is an amazing Midwife, Very calm and comforting, A big shoutout for her patience and professionalism.
