Very disappointed with the service at the clinic. We were given a specific appointment time, but were not called in on time and had to wait much longer than expected without any proper update. If appointments are scheduled, patients’ time should also be respected. Please improve punctuality and communication.
Honestly the worst place ever to be pregnant and give birth, don't do it!
If you want to take your baby home early even though they do all the clear checks prepare to have DCP knock on your door! I had a three yo at home and I stayed long enough!! If you dont want your patients discharging themselves early don't have it as a policy
I have been trying to call this clinic for 4 days now. Left with the phone ringing for over 10 minutes at a time. It is painful and inefficient.
Great experience! Doctors, midwives and staff are all so lovely. Cannot fault them at all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for my incredible experience from start to finish, delivering my baby boy! People don’t realize how lucky we are in Australia with a great healthcare system. Thank you x a million!!!!
