I’m a 29-year-old woman who has never had a haircut. I won’t name the stylist, however, I do just want to leave my two cents. It may be my fault for over expecting, and for not knowing as well. I went to Isabel for over 7 years and I am really disappointed to be moving out of the area! She always provides stellar customer service, remembers details about my life, and really cares about the experience when you're in her chair. I first started going to her with extremely fine hair that would tangle if you looked at it wrong. She would spend so much time treating it to get it where it is today, completely damage free. I went to another place she used to work, everyone else was accommodating and very polite except this person. She is condescending and has no manners. I really tried to tell myself to wait maybe she will be better, after few times and she is proved that talent is not everything. She is good in doing hair but one of the rudeness people I ever came across

I heard people singing praises to this place and to Mary so I scheduled and was optimistic about it and willing to pay 35$ for a haircut to get a good one and to have a good experience. I scheduled with Mary and she was nice until I asked her to make the layers more smooth. I was being pretty picky considering this was my second time trying to get a chopped up job fixed. My experience with Mary was excellent I have not found anyone in Jacksonville to cut my hair the way I wanted & she killed it. She has a natural talent, and is very friendly. I highly recommend her.
