lol they removed a bunch of bad reviews. I rented from these people for two years. Management is horrible and the buildings are basically dilapidated
I am still here. Would love to not be. #G1 have had mold/water leak issues since beginning of July. Their idea of solving the problem is putting an industrial size dehumidifier in my kitchen. Every two weeks I'm told they are implementing a plan. It's now end of September and no plan. Called code enforcement, they have 6 more days to comply. Literal crickets. Please don't rent from these people. They do not care about you. And if they try and show you #G1 at 930 Broadway. RUN!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. In the two years I lived here I had nothing but problems. A maintenance worker entered my apartment without notice, and management refused to investigate, despite there being a camera directly above my door. When I moved out this year, I broke my lease to leave early. I was told I’d be sent a document to sign that would turn over possession of my apartment to the company prior to month’s end and avoid further rent charges. These incompetent losers somehow got all their bad reviews erased off of here.. so ill start again for them lol..Its better to be homeless than to rent from these losers...slumlords all around especially kayla cerruti that property manages in schenectady.
