Do not trust this company! Lies and no care for tenants who have had move in date pushed out. Then to be kicked out of their temporary apt w/o notice. Now in a hotel w all our personal property in a van parked on the street. Lies, rude, and no compensation other than 1 month free rent! Do not rent here. Contacted the Better Business Bureau! 🤬🤬🤥Â
Illegal evictions, running down one of the most historic areas in the state. Have lived in this neighborhood for 15 years, in two years this company has managed to actually lower property values with their incompetence in taking care of buildings. Stay in Troy. Terrible people.Â
