Had a plumbing issue and Redbud was the quickest to contact to me after reaching out to a few other companies. Chris, the owner, reached out to me directly and we were on the schedule in no time. Communication was great. Service was prompt. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I highly recommend Redbud Plumbing. For years I've used their services at two Austin rent houses I manage, and at my home, as well. Most recently, Redbud installed a brand new waterline on my property from street to house & did a fabulous job- most of the work was completed in just one day! I highly recommend this company for any home or condo owners looking for a reliable, honest and professional team. Greg the owner is responsive and so so so patient and understanding, Rudy was my tech who is kind as could be, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to help me understand what’s happening in my shared plumbing as a condo owner and working with the property manager since the COA complicates things a little. I can’t thank or recommend them enough based on my experiences so far.
