I don't often leave negative reviews, especially as a former small business owner. I make a conscious effort to support local businesses and the Austin community whenever I can. My landlord hired RedBud Plumbing to inspect a serious plumbing issue at the home I rent. After the visit, I contacted the company to request a copy of the work order because I wanted to understand the recommended repairs, document the condition of the property, and consider hiring RedBud myself if my landlord chose not to move forward with the work.... read more

Had a plumbing issue and Redbud was the quickest to contact to me after reaching out to a few other companies. Chris, the owner, reached out to me directly and we were on the schedule in no time. Communication was great. Service was prompt. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I highly recommend Redbud Plumbing. For years I've used their services at two Austin rent houses I manage, and at my home, as well. Most recently, Redbud installed a brand new waterline on my property from street to house & did a fabulous job- most of the work was completed in just one day! I've always been able to depend on Redbud Plumbing for great, reliable service & will continue to do so in the future.

I highly recommend this company for any home or condo owners looking for a reliable, honest and professional team. Greg the owner is responsive and so so so patient and understanding, Rudy was my tech who is kind as could be, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to help me understand what’s happening in my shared plumbing as a condo owner and working with the property manager since the COA complicates things a little. I can’t thank or recommend them enough based on my experiences so far.
