I have lived here for over 10 years and every single landlord was very nice and respected when we had a problem with our maintenance issue. this new landlord doesn't care. our air condition went out on Friday when it was 103 it was 111 heat index. inside the apartment was 98°. our dog has been panting. she said that this was not a emergency. it was not a big deal. today is Monday and the problem is still not gone solved. I do not recommend this apartments to anybody. maintenance does not get done
Exelentes apartamentos cuenta con alberca,una pequeña área de gimnasio, área para tus mascotas (perros) y una área de juegos para niños .y el personal de Mantenimiento y oficina muy amables.Los recomiendo
The manager, her name is Angie. She is Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant people that you could ask for when it comes to interacting with the tenants here. I had some issues moving in and she was very patient with us, and helped us get it done. Since moving in, I have had a couple of. Minor issues and she was very quick to respond. Since my divorce in 2012 when I sold my home, I have lived in a few apartments. Although the apartments were new and very nice, the management was terrible. Hats off to you Angie.
