Ghetto apartment complex...The children play in front of your door and in the parking lot. Parents don't work and have men in and out their apartments. The last two managers haven't done anything to control the situation. Tents move out and let other people stay in their apartments and the manager have no clue of what is going on. Apartments are old and need remodeling. If anything break it will take months to get it fixed or replaced.
