Their treatment of customers is lacking. After using their LeadPages product for four years, we realized that we had set up a duplicate account that was never used or even accessed. Upon discovering the error, we determined that we had paid $2500 in duplicate charges. They offered us a refund of $50. LeadPages is a decent product, but watch your credit card bills if you want to avoid a situation like we experienced.
Communication with HR is off-putting. I have heard many fabulous things about this company but if you want to work with them it’s a different story. Seems they have an age gap they want to stick in and don’t seem to appreciate direct communication. If you’re a straightforward individual and tell it how it is not sure if this company wants to work with that type of people or have them employed in the company.
