Great communication and service!
Overall great company! Only issue was the dumpster was only rented for 4 days and ended up being on our driveway for about a week until they could pick it up. Customer service was great though and we weren’t charged any extra which was appreciated!!!
Using Redbox was pretty easy and affordable. There was a lot of text message communication so you knew when to expect the driver. Sadly, my driveway was scratched during the delivery, and while the driver was cool and I wasn’t too upset about it because my driveway isn’t great, there should have been a follow up about the delivery process so I could document that problem. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. They add charges that were never discussed or authorized. We specifically requested that the dumpster be picked up on a certain day, but they didn’t remove it until four days later. This caused delays to our construction project because they essentially used our property as free storage until it was convenient for them to pick it up.
