We put a loan application, the loan officer told us they are reviewing the application, it's been 3 weeks and no response, idk if it is the company or the loan officer, but worst experience, they wanna sell house, but not getting back with their clients.

My parents purchased a brand new home from D.R. Horton, and we are already dealing with ongoing water leaking into the house due to improperly sealed weather stripping/exterior sealing. We reported the issue, and after waiting about a week, someone finally came out. The “repair” consisted of removing the weather stripping, applying something to it, and putting the exact same stripping back on. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of site maintenance and accountability from D.R. Horton in the Redbird Ranch community. The roads are consistently littered with hazardous debris. I recently picked up a large framing nail in the shoulder of my tire while driving down Squacco Heron. Because the puncture is in the "no-repair zone," I am now forced to replace the entire tire out of pocket. I reached out to D.R.
