So many problems and have only lived in the home 6 months. All of my door knobs have fallen off, floor is lifting in multiple spots throughout the home and no one wants to come fix the problem even though I’ve reached out multiple times, leak under kitchen sink results in mold growth and flooding which was a hassle to fix since they claimed it was our fault but after harassing them to cut the drywall, it was actually a broken pipe. Do not recommend!! Homes are built very cheap
The house is nice. Minor issues that were corrected quickly. So kudos on that thank you. I bought it thinking its a quiet neighborhood. However, im only giving 3 stars because behind my house is a property called Cardinal Pointe Station, which i was told is a "private ranch". My floor plans even call it a "church". Google maps call them a "Bed and Breakfast". but what it really is, is an event space that people rent out and throw parties and blast music all night. EVERY WEEKEND. Weekdays too. Manny was hands down the best and most upfront sales person we’ve ever meet. We visited the community on our short visit from California and we were very pleased with the community and Manny’s demeanor throughout our entire visit with him. Although we are not moving for a year, he was very patient and informative. Other communities we visited, dismissed us because our timeline did not meet there’s. Thanks for your help Manny we look forward to our transition to Texas.
