The worst place for pick up just be there at appointment time. Do not come early or late. They have a parking on the street if you find a spot. I checked in at 10 AM for 6 PM appointment. They called me at 9 PM for the door and took eight hours for loading.
Warning anyone bringing TQl load from Midwest no need to hurry they don't want any load relax bring your food and don't come here if your tandem don't slide back. They receive loads 24hrs fcfs. Only one door for receiving and shipping. Check in time 4pm Got door at 10pm Got papers at 1am
Brought a load of chicken in here and was unloaded in way less than expected time. Dont believe all the reviews. Will absolutely come back to this facility.
even 1 star is too much very bad for both pickup or drop off loads
The worest place to deliver starting from check in to unloading. Been there at 12 pm and checked in ,they told me they gonna call me. After waiting for 4hrs I want over and ask them what time they gonna give me a dock to unload and they respond it might be an other 4 to 5 hrs .finally I got released after 10hrs wait. Docks are too tight especially the on the back
