Generally had good experiences with them at Eight Mile Plains and with the move to Underwood It appears the site has been sold and a new factory /warehouse facility is being constructed there is its place.
Placed order and paid online on 10.4.2025 morning and the website and Facebook page was gone in the afternoon the same day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Very very poor communication. I placed an order back in October 2024 in which wasn’t able to be fulfilled. They offered me a refund in which I agreed to yet still no refund? I have called every month and have been promised a refund every time….. yet still no refund! Don’t use this company
Ordered drainage gravel and paid for delivery. No communication, phone just rings out. I went to the premises, it’s empty with a temporarily closed sign up. Ran into 2 other people who also have the same problem. Clearly they have had money issues for some time. Website still up and taking orders so please beware.
Like other reviews, goods were not delivered and took months to get a refund. We had to go through the bank to get our money back. Please avoid and save yourself the hassle
