The previous years we've gone here were good. I'm a vegetarian and they had an eggplant parmesan sandwich that was really good! But we went a few days ago for the first time this year and it was taken off the menu. The only option for a vegetarian as a main dish was this terrible grainy bean "burger" that fell apart if I tried to pick it up. Rode 80 miles to eat here. Service was good. Fries were cold, burger was ok.
The food myself and family ordered was good. Service was good. Only been here 3 times total and far apart in-between. I always forget they don't take debit or credit cards and that's my biggest complaint. It's time to get with the times. Putting an ATM inside doesn't help when it charges us $3.50 plus my bank charges another $2. If i were an a$%hole customer, I could've just said well there's most of the waitresses tip. Just doesn't get any better than Redamaks. Don't go for anything other than a burger or three.
Normally we go to the Feather Bone Restaurant for a good burger. We decided to give Redamak's a try. Maybe it was just a fluke, but it was one of the worst hamburgers I have ever tasted. Absolutely no flavor. I am not one to use salt/pepper, but I sure had to this time. Ordered chili/cheese fries, and considering the amount of time we waited for our food, they were cold. I have yet to find a burger that even begins to compare to the ones I've had at Redamak's! Absolutely delicious! The cheesecake milkshakes are also awesome!
Food was great service was great also. Reason why I took off one star is they messed up my order but it was not the waiters fault she did write down no cheese when I first ordered it. ordered a bison bacon wrapped Burger and did not realize it had goat cheese on it until I got halfway through it about got sick from the cheese don't care for it. She did apologize and got me a new meal out quickly. As I a great customer service and great food will definitely be going back again
Recently, we found out my 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. She has strict dietary restrictions and has had to remove most of the foods she enjoys most from her diet. After watching her sister drink a smoothie, our food arrived and we all dug in - except my 12 year old daughter. When we saw she wasn't eating, she said she couldn't eat because there were sesame seeds in the bun. After speaking with the wait staff, they graciously gave us a seedless bun.
