Careful about any "free month" or other offers. On month 11 I got threatened with eviction for unpaid rent (I paid a full 1 year in advance). Other than accounting problems, the mail room is a disaster. I have lost multiple packages as have other residents. Don't try to sleep on the weekend. Walk outside and it is yelling, smoking, drinking and generally terrifying to my 12 year old daughter who gets unwanted attention. Police are frequently called to this area.
