I recently used Red Zone for purchasing Super Bowl tickets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and customer centric. The owner Brett even walked me through the process and ensured I was comfortable. I've never gotten this white glove service with stub hub or other ticket companies.
