EXACTLY what I was looking for but didn’t think I’d find!!!! After being on complete bedrest for 9 months and hospitalized for 2, I neeeeeded something... to feel good about myself, to live healthier, and get stronger. After researching other gyms from orange theory to Pilates, I tried this class. I was done! It’s the perfect mix of cardio and strength training and I look forward to the next class... like really, I can’t wait to come back!!!!
