While on a 3 month trip to MI my house batteries decided to die. After finding necessary replacements my converter died. Called Red Wrench attempting service; however, Pete advised he was booked for next several weeks but asked what my problem was. I explained my situation and he walked me through the process of analyzing my problem. I called him several times and he took time to further advise me as to how and what I should test and what the results should be. I contacted them and could get no help with my problem I would not recommend them
Had an electrical issue in Cadillac and Pete was unable to come that far. He took the time to explain some options over the phone and with his instruction was able to save the rest of the trip. Couldnt be more greatful for such a professional. Would highly recommend if you are ever in need of mobile repair. Ray
Pete was very knowledgeable and not only fixed our problem but explained how to stop having it become a problem again! Highly recommend.
