Today I drove by one of their cars. It was booted by NYPD. I checked the system and found that van got unpaid tickets for almost $5000 dating back to June 2022. Another vehicle that belongs to them got almost $2000 of unpaid tickets. In other words this company accumulated unpaid red light, speed cam, and parking tickets for almost $7000. Would you trust a company that is so irresponsible on the roads and doesn't pay what they owe? I wouldn't.
Strung me along for over a month
I've been using them forever. Heraldo and his team are the best in NY!
These guys are very nice but sadly they do terrible work. More often than not, they simply didn’t show up. When they did show up, they just made things worse. I started with a leaky drain and ended up with a completely unusable bathtub.
