We are the first brewery in Red Wing to open its doors since 1951, and are proud to carry on the tradition of small-batch brewing in our city. The Red Wing Brewery features its own beer, root beer and a menu of handmade pizzas, calzones and appetizers.

The 2 IPA beers I tried were not good and not very hoppy for an IPA. The pizza is delicious but overpriced.
We really enjoyed this place! The beer was VERY tasty...almost TOO tasty. We visited the brewery three times in three days. The atmosphere is very comfortable; not the typical corrugated metal sparse-ness you often find. Tattor tot pizza = mega win. The owners (or the people I assume to be) and staff were very accommodating. We had a great time and we'll be back, like it or not ;)
The only reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because of the service. I sat for at least 10 minutes with an empty drink. The waitress found it more important to chat with the guy behind the bar than provide customer service. The actual beer was phenomenal.
Not a bad brewery. Took home a growler of Cokins Bavarian. Enjoying it on my patio on a nice, crisp Fall afternoon. A pretty good beer. It'll be interesting to see them jump to the canned or bottling stage. Good luck!
Two reasons this gets a 1... I cant rate any lower, and the beer was at least good. Manager has no REAL sense of customer service and all but one staff member (who check on us when he didnt have to, awesome btw) were full of excuses & no apologies for taking an hour to get food. Manager was very rude and threatening to us. Would avoid this place at all cost!
We love how they are resurrecting and preserving centuries-old beer recipes. Local wines served. And the pizza is pretty good, too!
Went in on a busy day, after a quick wait was at the table. Atmosphere was good,Hardwood floors were nice, the fact that I saw them swept on three occasions during my visit was even better. service was good, never in waiting for anything. Pizza was great, had the bbq chicken. Crust was good, a bit thinner than say a typical hand tossed, great flavor.
