We are the first brewery in Red Wing to open its doors since 1951, and are proud to carry on the tradition of small-batch brewing in our city. The Red Wing Brewery features its own beer, root beer and a menu of handmade pizzas, calzones and appetizers.

The beers are great and the Zimmies Root Beer is even better! Our friend (who is gluten free) absolutely loved the FRESH gluten free pizza crust that is also made in Red Wing at a local bakery. Meats are also sourced locally. If there is any knock on this place, it is that it is small and could use more space. But it is a charming place with friendly staff and great food!

We did have a wait, but we also expected that as we arrived during peak dinner rush. Had awesome service & wonderful calzones. We will be back.
At first we were just going to have a couple beers because the wait for a table was 40 minutes, but we decided to wait for a table and are so glad we did! Very nice, easy-drinking beers that had distinct flavors. And the pizza was the best I've ever had. No joke. I live in Mound and will definitely be making the trip again for that pizza. I enjoyed our server, he was friendly and courteous and attentive. The sooner you guys can get into a bigger space, the better.
Stopped by on our way through town. All of their beers were good, very drinkable. The made-to-order pizza is out of this world. Will come again!

Had a Mediterranean vegan pizza that was fabulous, a smoked Porter and smoked ipa. Great place. Great staff
