We are the first brewery in Red Wing to open its doors since 1951, and are proud to carry on the tradition of small-batch brewing in our city. The Red Wing Brewery features its own beer, root beer and a menu of handmade pizzas, calzones and appetizers.

Only 5 beers from their “brewery” on tap. Bartender was rude. Had the beer cheese pizza and it was horrid, took 30 minutes and tasted like it sat around for 20 minutes. Didn’t even taste like beer cheese and dough was undercooked. Yuck.
Good atmosphere and considering the circumstances (COVID) they handled it well!
So disappointing, this was one of our favorite restaurants. We ate there this evening and the pizza was subpar at best. Plastic silverware and paper plates that we had to get! Pizza was served without any utensils to serve it. Absolutely no customer service. Never once were we asked how our pizza was, this includes when we paid the bill. We will not be back. While COVID has changed the way we can safely serve you, the pizza is the same as before. Same dough from the local bakery. Same local ingredients. Same oven. Nothing about the pizza has changed except your perception. As for the disposable items, some people (like yourself) feel at ease when dining out during a pandemic, which is fine, but realize that there are many who still don't. Some of the best specialty pizza and craft beer in the area. Always a “go to” place when I visit. Does really well handling the current COVID restrictions as well.

Like everyone, we are looking forward to a post-pandemic "normalcy" again, but while we are still in the throes of this virus, we have adjusted our service-style to create the safest experience possible for our guests and our staff. We are just glad to be able to invite people inside again for great pizza and beer!

Went for the first time tonight- amazing pizza, great beer list, and super friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back!
Pizza great as always. Online ordering available. Pickup at bar register. Note that ordering 16" on the selection screen requires selection of sauce and cheese from a grouping that says 8". Toppings group selection says 16". Go ahead and choose sauce and cheese under the headings of 8", works just fine.
Delicious pizza and friendly staff, I will return for sure.
