When you make appointment do not except them to show up. We called he said in couple hours and never showed up. Does not even call you that he is running late
Had an appointment to get a quote and he never showed up....never called to let me know he couldn't make it or to apologize. Definitely not someone you should do business with.
Robert told me he would be here between 9 and 11 today. He didn't show up so I called him 1130 he said he was running late he would be here 130 so 230 called him again said he would be at least another hour and guess what he never showed up. Got up early and waited all day for nothing. Was supposed to look at my roof that he put down a few years ago and my roof is leaking. I guess he doesn't care about his customers once they pay. Really upset.
Bobby is just awesome. If you need work done he is the guy. He and his guys will work hard to get the job done.
This is a delayed review. Had Red White and Blue install a new roof and new gutters on my town home over a year ago. Workers were fine. I was happy with the overall job however customer service needs to be improved greatly. After noticing some unfinished work that Roberts crew failed to complete (nothing major) on the initial job I called and text Robert multiple times. Texts went unanswered.
