I just wish they would clean car inside and outside before they brought it up to my place. Plus i almost have my car for a year.And then I had to get my cadillconverter replace and then now I have to get my flex pipe to get fix ridiculous. hate buying used vehicles from a buy here pay here.
The lady I worked with was very nice quick and the on point I would definitely go back and definitely recommend them
Great service and sales experience I had got vehicles with fast response and when they needed work the service department was very good and I have just swoped out my first car I got with a newer suv I have 2 vehicles with them I'm on my third vehicle with them and they worked with me all the time on things and got thing taken care of
So they were good to begin with never missed a payment ect would of highly recommended. Missed work due to medical issues. Told them I couldn't make payment at time due to being out for surgery they still wanted 1/2 payment (cant give something I didn't have) i told them to come and get the car 2 weeks ago they harassed me everyday. U know i JUST HAD SURGERY SO STOP HARRASING PEOPLE. I won't answer a call for something I told them to do 2 weeks ago. So dont go with them if u can help it very over priced also. let me start off by saying Jennifer was the best she was sooo patient with me she answered all of my questions. This place is the best I can actually say I would recommend everyone here the staff are nice my delivery was on time; the car itself is great. I don't regret signing up with them at all.
