Facility is fine, but in the several years I've been with them, they've raised prices every single year, taking my rent from $70/month to $181/month. For a 5x5 unit! What possible justification is there for a almost 3x price increase over 5 years? Inflation hasn't been that bad! If you rent a unit with them, assume that whatever price you pay will go up $20-30 every single year.
JORDAN at the redmond location gave me amazing service! He helped me close my unit as I got charged accidentally. He helped me with a refund and got me all set up! Thank you for your service and I would recommend this place to store your stuff if your moving out or going to be needing extra storage!
