Charged us over $300 for a move-in cleaning... I've never been charged before moving in, but we paid it. The house was digusting. The carpet had multiple stains and odor. The kitchen was infested with roaches. Someone actually painted a dead roach onto the baseboard instead of cleaning it up. We moved out as soon as the lease was up. Now they will not give us our deposit until we pay an additonal $75 cleaning fee.
