I grew up in Old Jefferson when you could get great tasting sloppy southern Louisiana Po-Boys at almost every corner. Over the years it all faded away and I thought the good old fashion po-boys I loved as a boy where gone until I rediscovered the redwagon. I am 50 years old now and eating my first po-boy in years at the redwagon truly brought back memories of what it was like enjoying a great roatbeef po-boy as a kid. I found home again, yum.
