Gutters were removed and reinstalled during the roofing job. The reinstalled gutters have huge gaps at the corners, causing water to run out. I have texted and called Colin at the company numerous times after he’s promised to repair the gutters. The crew showed up once and claimed they didn’t have a tall enough ladder and would need to return. They’ve never returned. I’ve continued to try to reach Colin. He doesn’t respond. I recommend not using Red Truck Roofing!
Can't speak for their workmanship but their drivers need to take a driver re-education class.
Don't know about the roofing capabilities if its like there driving i wouldn't recommend because the dont drive good
Overall a positive experience. Cory Clark, our sales agent thoroughly explained and reviewed our options, and ultimately put in the effort to get us exactly what we wanted. The job was finished expeditiously with final walk through completed shortly thereafter. Overall, a positive experience in which I recommend.
Red Truck Roofing did an amazing job on the new roof replacement. My roof was damaged during the hurricane and I did not know where to go or who to contact. My friend recommended me Sarah Forbes and she is very professional and helped me through the entire process. She is very knowledgable, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of the questions that I had.
