I'm not really sure about boat storage or storing anything in this business park. It's pretty junky, I think it's a diamond in the rough. They have done a few things lately, but it's time they actually remove all the old rusted cars, tons of refrigerators and air-conditioning units, that are bad and any other cluttered junk that completely inhabits this warehouse/business park.
