Red Top Brewhouse + Kitchen is such a fun spot to hang out! We loved that it had something for everyone. The food was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the wide selection of drinks. One of the coolest features was the self-serve tap wall, where you can pour your own beer and try different options at your own pace. First and last time at this establishment. From the moment I walked in, it was a poor experience. We were asked where we wanted to sit, and I mentioned the only preference was being in front of a tv. The host said “well, there’s tvs everywhere”. Again, first time here. From there service was lacking. Majority of staff was talking amongst each other and constantly on their phones. This is the laziest most unenthusiastic staff I’ve ever seen in my life. The rudeness at the front door along with further attitude over wanting to order food , and they basically want to just talk to each other and look at their phones or stare into nothingness rather than do their jobs. Miserably disappointing, & terrible atmosphere. I felt pretty unwelcome and saw a staff member stop for a chat upon bringing napkins (once asked). It’s obvious that customer service depends on when it’s convenient for them. Shame.

Very nice atmosphere. Nice variety of beers. Very friendly servers. Pretzel was good.
