Service is terrible. They dont stand behind their work or take the time and attention to fix minor repairs correctly the first time. They are rude and have an arrogant demeanor. They refuse to parti ipate in the Fordpass program. Thoughtless and uncaring shop manager/owner. I will never trade there again.
I traveled all the way from New York to buy a gorgeous pre owned f150 the truck was every bit as perfect in person as it was in the pictures and as described. The truck drove perfectly 1,200 miles home and I’ve enjoyed every bit of driving it since. I worked with Jim specifically and he was phenomenal and made the buying process simple and straight forward. Jim even went 40 minutes out of his way to come pick me up from enterprise.
