Do Not Move into any properties they Own !!! The property managers and management they hire are the worst which I can only imagine what the owners are like. I’m living a night mare with Renew Apartments. Their employees are incompetent, Liars, unprofessional. I’ve tried to reach my leasing office for over 2 months now and I can’t get ahold of them nor is my problem being solved. I’ve reached out the regional manager and she also hasn’t returned any of my calls.
This company is filled with employees that are liars, rude and incompetent. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. The property managers that they hire and the Senior Management they have training them are so lost it’s out of control. They lose paperwork likes it’s their job and when this happens it falls on the tenant as it is their responsibility to handle the companies paperwork.
