Christina Rios is the most Deplorable property manager I’ve ever encountered and is a perpetual liability. She operates based on hearsay reports from tenants that are not true. She made an accusation of me being combative with staff when no event occurred. I took a photo of her when I delivered my demand letter because I sensed dishonesty amongst the staff. Do Not Move into any properties they Own !!! The property managers and management they hire are the worst which I can only imagine what the owners are like. I’m living a night mare with Renew Apartments. Their employees are incompetent, Liars, unprofessional. I’ve tried to reach my leasing office for over 2 months now and I can’t get ahold of them nor is my problem being solved. I’ve reached out the regional manager and she also hasn’t returned any of my calls.
