2 months. STILL waiting on the rest of our couch. Always an excuse. Always. Don't expect a call back either. For any reason. 7 different delivery dates, no call, no couch. And now, apparently ashley is out of the last pieces. Still no notification. They charge a restock fee and refuse refunds. Store credit only. So you can wait even longer for a different piece of furniture. Take your chances and credit somewhere else if you actually want your purchase. I'll consider updating my review if the couch ever shows up.
What a fantastic little gem to find in Katy! I just got home from purchasing a mattress set from Gracie. The price was much less than all the other places I had been looking at. She was super helpful and they are delivering my mattress set now. I will be going back in a month or so with my tax refund to purchase my new Ashley bedroom set they had on special. Beautiful store with lots of furniture and mattresses to choose from. Yay to saving lots of $$$!!! They have a new customer for life!
Here is my suggestion. NEVER EVER think about buying anything from Red Tag. I bought a dinning table and it is not delivered. Store employees has no idea about where is my product and when it is going to be delivered. These are exact words from store employee "Sit tight, someday you will get it. We can't commit anything. If you are thinking about refund, then forget it. You will never see your money again." Now I am helpless and at their mercy. If I get my product then I will be lucky.
Great place to buy furniture at affordable pricing and great quality. I have bought many items from here and will continue to. There great at getting it to you on time.
