Only come here if you want to waste your entire day. Get an appointment, get a baby sitter, show up and be told there is no appointment. Even show the email confirmation we have, but still no appointment then be told we booked with a facial specialist for massages so that wouldn’t have worked anyways. We didn’t chose who to book with… and the confirmation meant nothing to them. Waste of our time, this isn’t the first time they’ve jerked us around about appointments before either. Clearly they don’t need the business.

I booked an apt months ago for my sister and I to travel thousands of Miles and have a day at the spa and they call today to reschedule my apt in 3 business days ! What a joke. The masseuse is phoning and texting me Without letting other staff know so they’re calling me too. Then they send me a cancellation email without telling me or rescheduling anything. Refuse to reply via email or Facebook messenger. They offer “prenatal” massage but don’t have the actual cushions for this. Completely unprofessional
The masseur didnt turn up despite their 4 texts to confirm. NO one seems to know what is going on here. No one at Reception when we arrived 15 minutes early as requested to do do. Reception was empty. Wasted a whole morning. DON'T bother
calm. beautiful. spotlessly clean. friendly. special pot of tea with attentive pedi. scalp massage & brow wax. great haircut. LOVED IT ALL. booked my son in for next week. highly recommend :)

Tried to get in twice with an appointment. My brother & his girlfriend got canceled on both times with in hours of their appointments... both times with in the last two weeks. Say the least, them & our friends won’t be going here & will not suggest this place to anyone. If you want your reservation to be honored, then don’t go here.
