Maintenance has gone seriously downhill in the past year. I've been waiting several weeks on several non-emergency maintenance requests that I don't think will ever be completed. I still don't have a smoke detector in my bedroom and I've been waiting on one for 2 years. If you're comfortable living somewhere where maintenance requests are simply ignored, move here!

First I want to give a shout out to Kyron in the office and all the maintenance people at Aspire Gresham! You all made living here such a great experience! At every step along the way from finding the right unit, to keeping up on maintenance requests, this team was on it! You can’t beat the price of these apartments for the area. The park next door is so awesome, it’s fun on the weekends with families having bbqs and people playing soccer. At every season it was always wonderful to enjoy!
