The service itself was good, and I was happy with the stylist. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon was very disappointing. The floors, baseboards, thresholds, moldings, shelves, and other surfaces were covered with a thick layer of old dust that clearly had not been cleaned properly for a long time. Even the shelf where the stylist kept her tools was very dirty. The tools themselves appeared clean, but the surrounding work surfaces were in very poor condition. I’d been to several salons and described the haircut I wanted with no success, then I purchased a Groupon at Chris’s salon the color and haircut was just what I was looking for. She has the experience and enjoys her work. I will definitely be back.
LOVE coming here to the salon! Chris always makes sure my hair comes out amazing! She always has the best products and leaves my hair (and me) feeling brand new! . . To those complaining about being late, a quick hair cut, or a choppy hair do, don’t expect to come in late and get presidential treatment. You don’t go to a doctors office and demand you get seen if you are late. So don’t come here and expect the same thing (biggest eye roll)

Took me a couple years to grow out a TERRIBLE haircut I got from this place. I was 19 and got bullied in the response. Here’s my mistake, I came in ten minutes. That was wrong. This does not mean, chop my waist length hair to be shoulder length, give me layers like a pair of scissors went rogue in my hair, make every single layer uneven and choppy, and then have the audacity to snap back at me when I simply ASKED if a blow dry was included in my Groupon.
