I've been renting a storage unit from Red Storage in Heath by the Heath Mall for a few years. I've been very happy with them, I've never had a problem there what's so ever. 24hr secured gate with your own entry number. Give them a try...
Security went down hill fast after they took over. Prices kept increasing every year. Gave them more then ample notice that i was leaving still got additional bills for full months payments even though i put in i moved out in this online app and left it open.
Called twice never did get a return call on pricing or availability
