The staff at this complex and their sister complex are completely incompetent. I wish I could give this place a zero-star review, but Google won't allow me to. I was a tenant at Lakeline Villas the sister complex and my apartment was filled with gnats, and I complained to the office for an entire year. I asked them to take care of the pest problem a multitude of times and they did absolutely nothing. I was supposed to have a self-guided tour this morning 7:17 got there at 9:15 just to be prepared door dead bolted. I went around to the other door in the actual community and that was locked too but there were cars in the front. What's the point of having a self-guided confirmed 9:30 appointment and they don't even unlock their front door. Very disappointing. Tells me a lot about that community. Wondering if it's an unsafe area because they're dead bolted in when it's during open hours
I hate this place, I wish I would of looked more thorough. If you come here be prepared to get charged different charges every time you pay. Then no matter what, your wrong everytime. If theres a problem on their side with payments, guess who's paying for it. YOU ARE! TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL BE MAD AND WISH YOU LISTENED. Great and friendly staff! They are very efficient at responding to maintenance requests. They’re also very understanding and kind. Definitely recommend!
