staff is communicative, easy access to surrounding cities, walkable areas to stores, has events for the community, also had power and water during extreme weather events
I lived here for 18 months. The office staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Every maintenance request was fixed quickly and efficiently. This complex is one of the finest run apartments that I’ve lived in. I only moved away to be closer to my family, or I’d still be there!
I really have only good things to say about our maintenance team. I especially want to shout out Cody who is always taking care of any work orders I have while also educating me on things about the service . Always respectful and friendly.
Quality of complex has gone down greatly since I moved in unfortunately. Residents and people with access to the community are stealing mail and packages & nothing is being done about this. The complex is seriously needing cameras in the mail room ASAP. The gate is always wide open as well despite this being a "private" and "gated" community making it easy for anyone to just come in and trespass that does not live here..
