Awful. Hidden fees, lack of clear communication and disrespect from management. If this facility found a tenant dead in their apartment they’d be so PISSED by the inconvenience that they’d charge the grieving widow/next of kin with their specialized “Die On-Site fee”. There is no end to their lack of remorse and greed. Before signing a lease, I would urge any person to realize these people see you as a number and a dollar sign. They do NOT value your life, safety, or wellbeing.
This property is amazing - Our team visited and had the pleasure of speaking with the Community Director Amy in the leasing office, who was so welcoming and accommodating to our team! Their maintenance team at the property is so great as well - Such a great group of people!
I had a very frustrating experience with the leasing process at Red Stone Ranch Apartments. I started my application on March 30th, and since then, there has been absolutely no response from the leasing team. I’ve tried calling nearly 20 times with no answer, sent multiple emails without any reply, and even visited the leasing office several times, but still couldn’t get any assistance. I have been living here for 1.5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff, the building and the community. Shared spaces are always clean, the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, I have reached out so many times about miscellaneous things and they’re always quick to help! Just the other day they helped coordinate my yearly preventive maintenance so I wouldn’t have to miss work as my dog is not friendly towards men and when I reached out worried about maintenance coming in they jumped into action a... read more
