I’m writing a review because I don’t live here and I’ve asked them to stop contacting me multiple times. After they finally stopped texting me now they email me every other day. Yet, can never pick up the phone when you call. I don’t live here and don’t want to again. Customer service is horrible and it’s overpriced.
Art did a great job assisting me and taking care of my request in a timely manner.
Hey everyone - just want to start by saying the leasing agents at the site desks are sweet and they just work there so nothing is their fault. They’re as helpful as they can be and so is the maintenance team. My concerns to share are about the policies in place for the business itself.
