My girlfriend (a long time resident) lives at this complex and I swear it's something new every month in recent months. The gates rarely work, the maintenance is, for the most part, slow. In most recent history, they've double charged rent and when she talked to the leasing office about it they essentially blamed her for their wrongdoings (to top it off they added a bunch of fees to reconcile for this mistake). Strongly consider living elsewhere.
My partner and I really enjoyed our time living in RedStone Ranch. We were there for 11 months and encountered no issues. The members of the leasing office team (especially Nicole!) are extremely helpful, understanding, and kind. I also really enjoyed the Book Club every month run by Amy the property manager. The location of the apartment building is also very conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.
