Living here has become an absolute nightmare. My upstairs neighbors sound like they’re training for a competitive tap-dancing marathon at all hours of the day and night. There is never peace. We’ve been living in this apartment for a while and overall it has been a mixed experience. There are a few positives, but several issues make it hard for us to recommend, especially for families with young kids. Pros: Good location: The area is very convenient, close to grocery stores, a gym, and a mall. Playground: There is a small playground for kids. Application process would be 100% smoother if five different people didn't handle the process....I had multiple people telling me different things because they did not communicate between each other with information that was needed transferring from their sister complex. So it was beyond frustrating, and a few of them were quiet frankly very short with me and rude.
Updating this review! Another 4 days of random internet outages (there’s been beautiful weather, it’s not storm related) I work from home and this is extremely inconvenient. Our community requires you package internet through Gigistream… We have not had Internet for three days. There’s been a community wide issue just isolated to our community(not affecting greater Austin area)The community just changed its Internet to a new carrier and now mandated that you use GIGISTREAM-they are pretty much the worst.
